BBQ Customer Rush (“the App”) is a mobile cooking game published by CalcFlow Studio. We respect your privacy and aim to explain clearly how information is handled.

1. Information handled directly by the App

The App does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, camera, or microphone.

Completed levels and earned stars are stored locally on your device only so the game can restore your progress. This local progress is not uploaded to CalcFlow Studio.

2. Advertising and third-party services

The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to manage privacy and consent choices where required.

Google and its advertising partners may process device or advertising identifiers, IP address and approximate location inferred from IP, ad views and clicks, app interactions, diagnostics, device information, performance data, consent choices, and advertising preferences.

This information may be used to provide, measure, secure, limit, or personalize advertising depending on your region, consent status, device settings, and Google’s policies.

3. Android permissions

• Internet: loads advertisements and consent messages.
• Network state: checks whether an internet connection is available.

The App does not request location, contacts, storage, camera, microphone, SMS, phone, or biometric permissions.

4. Consent and privacy choices

Where legally required, the App may show a Google consent message before loading ads. A Privacy control may also appear so eligible users can review or change their choices.

5. Data sharing and selling

CalcFlow Studio does not sell personal information. Advertising, consent, fraud-prevention, and measurement information may be processed by Google and its partners under their own policies.

6. Retention and deletion

Local progress remains until you clear the App’s data or uninstall it. Google retains data according to its policies and your privacy choices. The App does not create a remote gameplay account.

7. Children’s privacy

The App does not knowingly request personal information directly from children. Parents or guardians should supervise children’s use of apps and device advertising settings.

8. Security and updates

Supported network services use encrypted HTTPS connections. No electronic transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. This policy may be updated when the App, law, or third-party services change.

BBQ Customer Rush (“Ứng dụng”) là trò chơi nấu ăn trên thiết bị di động do CalcFlow Studio phát hành. Chúng tôi tôn trọng quyền riêng tư và công khai cách thông tin được xử lý.

1. Thông tin do Ứng dụng trực tiếp xử lý

Ứng dụng không yêu cầu tài khoản và không yêu cầu tên, email, số điện thoại, vị trí chính xác, danh bạ, ảnh, camera hoặc micro.

Màn đã hoàn thành và số sao đạt được chỉ được lưu cục bộ trên thiết bị để khôi phục tiến trình. Tiến trình này không được tải lên CalcFlow Studio.

2. Quảng cáo và dịch vụ bên thứ ba

Ứng dụng sử dụng Google AdMob để hiển thị quảng cáo và Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) để quản lý lựa chọn quyền riêng tư và sự đồng ý khi cần.

Google và các đối tác quảng cáo có thể xử lý mã nhận dạng thiết bị hoặc quảng cáo, địa chỉ IP và vị trí gần đúng suy ra từ IP, lượt xem và nhấp quảng cáo, tương tác trong ứng dụng, dữ liệu chẩn đoán, thông tin thiết bị, hiệu suất, lựa chọn đồng ý và tùy chọn quảng cáo.

3. Quyền Android

• Internet: tải quảng cáo và thông báo đồng ý.
• Trạng thái mạng: kiểm tra kết nối Internet.

Ứng dụng không yêu cầu quyền vị trí, danh bạ, bộ nhớ, camera, micro, SMS, điện thoại hoặc sinh trắc học.

4. Sự đồng ý và lựa chọn quyền riêng tư

Khi pháp luật yêu cầu, Ứng dụng có thể hiển thị thông báo đồng ý của Google trước khi tải quảng cáo. Nút Privacy có thể xuất hiện để người dùng đủ điều kiện xem lại hoặc thay đổi lựa chọn.

5. Chia sẻ và bán dữ liệu

CalcFlow Studio không bán thông tin cá nhân. Dữ liệu phục vụ quảng cáo, đồng ý, chống gian lận và đo lường có thể được Google cùng đối tác xử lý theo chính sách riêng.

6. Lưu giữ và xóa dữ liệu

Tiến trình cục bộ tồn tại cho đến khi bạn xóa dữ liệu Ứng dụng hoặc gỡ cài đặt. Google lưu giữ dữ liệu theo chính sách và lựa chọn quyền riêng tư của người dùng. Ứng dụng không tạo tài khoản trò chơi từ xa.

7. Quyền riêng tư của trẻ em

Ứng dụng không chủ động yêu cầu trẻ em cung cấp thông tin cá nhân. Phụ huynh hoặc người giám hộ nên giám sát việc sử dụng ứng dụng và cài đặt quảng cáo trên thiết bị.

8. Bảo mật và cập nhật

Các dịch vụ mạng được hỗ trợ sử dụng kết nối HTTPS mã hóa. Không có phương thức truyền hoặc lưu trữ điện tử nào an toàn tuyệt đối. Chính sách có thể được cập nhật khi Ứng dụng, pháp luật hoặc dịch vụ bên thứ ba thay đổi.
